The staff here are amazing. Slim helped us get our new RV set up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Stopped in to buy some parts-accessories. Had my 40' 5th Wheel attached but no place there to park or pull through. Had to block part of the drive and back out when I Ieft. Went in to get accessories and an employee quickly helped me find the three things I needed. She also helped me at the cashier counter. She asked if I was paying cash or credit? I told her credit card. She started asking me ALL my information. "Name"...when I told her she couldn't spell it correctly even as I went through it multiple times letter by letter. She said, "You're not in our system". I told her I didn't want to be, I just want to buy the three parts. She told me she had to put me in their computer system to sell them to me. I then walked out with no purchase. Very Frustrated!
Terrible attitudes. It has been nothing but a fight to get our motor home repaired. Very unsatisfied with the customer service in the service department. One thing is certain. We will never come back.
I took time to pull off of I-70 and drive through the various stoplights and frontage roads to do business there only to find no parking for RVs and parts can only be purchased by credit card after interrogation. Will not go back.
Great friendly and helpful. Bought our first camper from a dealer here and this was the only dealership that listened to what we wanted in a camper. Service is very helpful, had a minor issue covered under warranty and had no problem getting the camper in and they met the due date perfectly. Highly recommend them for both sales and service.
Went across I-70 to another RV dealer and had a completely different experience.
